Bio: Hi, I'm John, and I'm the President of this club. I founded this club as President because I had been really getting into drone UAVs, but found that there wasn't a club for that at UoA to connect with other people who have the same interest and enthusiasm over these things. So here we are, and now the vision for the club just keeps on expanding to offer even more. Ultimately I want the club to be the best platform for helping students with drones.

Bio: I'm James, and I'm the Vice President for the club. I co-founded the club with John, the President, who is also my brother. I basically do most of the writing for the club. I'm in the last year of my BA, majoring in Philosophy and Politics, so I like to think that I've picked up how to write decent by now.

Bio: Hi, my name is Andrew and I am currently studying a BA/LLB conjoint majoring in Spanish and Economics. Since I am the Legal Officer this year I will be ensuring that the Aero RC Club and its members abide by the relevant rules and regulations set by the University, the Club, the Auckland Council and the Civil Aviation Authority regarding responsible drone usage. In short, I will be making sure the amazing experience promised by Marco does not end in flames.

Bio: Hey everyone! I'm TJ and as a Mechatronics Engineering Student and Technical Lead of the club I handle all the tech in the club besides (ironically) the drones. Behind the scenes I handle everything from the website to the fancy NFC cards to fixing stuff that the others (sometimes) breaks. So yeah, while the others are out in the front making sure that all of you have a great time, I'm sitting at the back making sure our servers don't explode :)

Bio: Hi, I am your Marketing Director of this newly established drone club! My role is to design materials for the club such as the logo, membership card, flyer and posters. I am a 2nd year BA/Bcom student majoring in Psychology, Marketing and Commercial Law.
I have developed an interest in drones after flying it once and so I assure you that you will not regret coming to our events and giving it a go if you haven't already. Therefore, feel free to join us even if you have little experience as all we need is for you to turn up to our events:). Hope to see you around soon. YAY

I've worked in a drone store selling, demonstrating and repairing various drones from basic to more advanced for the past 3 years. Im a huge drone enthusiast, I build and race drones and am currently the top female pilot in New Zealand.
I'll be the one that fixes all the things that people break as well as helping out with teaching.
